He says he doesnt like pda???????

ok so my boyfriend wont hold my hand in public..but one day when i tried to grab it he pushed my hand away...but then he put his arm around my hip when we were walking..what is up with that!? I dont get him at all and i cant convince him to hold my hand..what to do?????
