Plan B Woes?

I recently took emergency contraceptive. My question is, can the morning after pill make you crankier than normal? I took it and afterwards I got really cranky and my stomach felt sick after I ate for a few days? is this normal? Also, can the pill make your menstrual cycle out of whack?
