You need to be consuming at least 1500 calories to maintain your wieght. Keep a log so you can track your progress. Make sure to balance out the calories throughout the day... So if you ate 4 meals a day, then 400 for breakfast, 400 for lunch, 350 for a snack, and 350 for dinner. Make sure that you get enough vitamins so that your body doesn't go into shock... Good Luck
