Should I wait? Or move on....?

Ive been dating this guy since July, He was Mr. Prince Charming. He was very certain that I was the one for him. He wants to spend the rest of his life with me. Well that's what he said. Now he is confused, upset, depressed, and sick (bronchitis) He told me this past Sunday that he loves me NOTHING has changed. But he doesn't want to be physical anymore, he also said that he isn't sure if he loves me because he loves me, or if he loves me because I'm a good person, and he has never been treated so well. He doesn't want me to date because he is thinking this is just a phase, but I can date if I want. He just doesn't want to lose his chance. He thinks in our relationship we are going backwards instead of forwards. I can't take this emotionally. Things just aren't the same, he barely kisses me anymore, he hugs me all the time and cuddles, but he doesn't kiss me or say I love you anymore at all. What should I do?
