Do "good" and "evil" exist?

Do "good" and "evil" exist? If so, where? How do we know the difference between the two? Who are the "do-gooders" in this world? Who is evil? Are you born that way, or made that way? Does good really always triumph over evil, or is it the other way around? How do you know?
