Does anyone know the name of the movie w/Sarah Jess Parker where she was babysitting and pranked call a guy?

It used to be played on Lifetime I think...they go meet this guy and he had just murdered his girlfriend? I can't find the name of it anywhere and it is driving me INSANE!
