Fall Out Boy Folie A Deux Pre-Order (Trois)?

has anyone noticed that on the trios package of the pre-order, it no longer says "hand numbered and signed vinyl"? when i bought it, it said that the vinyl would be hand numbered and signed. now it just says vinyl. i'm a little confused! does this just mean that they ran out of signed ones?
