Help with stuttering?

Yep, you are right. Stutterers do have differences in their brains from fluent people. Read some of the research articles at www.stutteringhelp.org; read the newsletters. A speech therapist who specializes in treating stuttering can help you; a feedback electronic device can be helpful; some stutterers have found that some medications help them. Talk to your doctor about that. The book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" is what helped my friend gain better fluency. It is available in the Foundation's estore, at some public libraries, at Amazon.com, and is online in part.
