I have a curtis 7" digital photo frame and have no idea how to use it?

It is a DPB701. The instruction manual is useless. I want to put pics from my comp onto the frame and I plugged the USB cord into both and nothing pops up my computer drive that I can drag pics into. Also, I try to plug in my memory stick and nothing happens! HELP!
